Abstract Submission

Submission Guidelines

  • Abstracts should be submitted in English, maximum one page (A4).
  • Use the provided LaTeX or Word template for formatting.
  • Include title, authors with affiliations, and a brief description of the work.
  • Indicate your preference for oral or poster presentation.
  • Abstracts are reviewed by the Scientific Committee for merit and relevance.

Oral Presentations

20 minutes + 5 minutes for questions and discussion. Keynote speakers receive 40 minutes.

Poster Sessions

Dedicated afternoon poster sessions with ample time for one-on-one discussion. Best poster award presented at closing ceremony.

Publish Your Research

All presented papers are invited for submission to the conference proceedings. Manuscripts will undergo peer review. Templates and detailed submission guidelines will be provided during the conference.
