Call for Abstracts
Abstract Submission
Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts must be submitted online in English via the Indico page.
- Provide a short online version plus the complete abstract for the Book of Abstracts, attached as a separate file.
- Use the LaTeX (preferable) or Word template — available on the Downloads & Dates page.
- Save and upload the file under your family name in lower case, e.g. abstract_smith.tex.
- Indicate whether the contribution is Invited, Oral, or Poster.
- Accepted abstracts (oral and poster) are published in the Advanced Program and Book of Abstracts.
Oral Presentations
20 minutes + 5 minutes for questions and discussion. Keynote speakers receive 40 minutes.
Poster Sessions
Dedicated afternoon poster sessions with ample time for one-on-one discussion. Best poster award presented at closing ceremony.
Key Dates
Submission deadline: July 15, 2026 (23:59 CEST). Acceptance notification by July 20, 2026.

Publish Your Research
All presented papers are invited for submission to the conference proceedings. Manuscripts will undergo peer review. Templates and detailed submission guidelines will be provided during the conference.
