Dear RPC2012 Participant,
thanks once more for attending.
We wish to remind authors that deadline for paper submission is April 1st , 2012.
Proceedings will be published online, in perpetual open access mode in Proceedings of Science (POS) pos.sissa.it.
Word and LaTeX templates may be found here.
Information and credentials to authors for accessing POS website for submission will be distributed by March 1st.
In order to expedite the internal editorial procedure, please follow the standard stylistic guidelines (spell checker, large figures and captions, etc).
Being an online publication there is no strict page limits, however we recommend and we shall enforce the following page limits:
Talks duration including discussion > 20 minutes ........... 8 pages
Talks duration including discussion <=20 minutes .......... 6 pages
Posters...................................................................... 4 pages
Attachment of files (large figures/photos/videos/spreadsheets etc) is possible.
After submission and acceptance by POS, authors are invited to submit a revised version of their paper to Journal of Instrumentation (JINST).
Instructions for JINST submission will be provided.
RPC2012 papers submitted to JINST will undergo their standard referral procedure. Papers accepted will appear in an perpetual open-access JINST special edition volume.
