Scientific twinning between Frascati and Orsay

On the occasion of this meeting, the transfer of AdA (Anello di Accumulazione) to the Laboratoire de l'Accélérateur Linéaire (near Paris), during Summer 1962 will be remembered; it marks the beginning of the research in physics using electron-positron collisions.
