Spy package: Some test and example programs

Two such programs are present:

• spydump

  This program gets nrevents events and interprets the content on the standard output.

  Usage:

   spydump [options]
  
   Options:
     -c	<circname> (default = /tmp/B_1_1)
     -d 	<bank>     (default = CALR)
     -n 	<nrevents> (default = 10)
     -h		   (help)
             

• spyempty

  This program reads continuously from the circular buffer, forcing the spy daemons to run at their maximum speed.

  Usage:

   spyempty [options]
  
   Options:
    -c    <circname> (default = /tmp/B_1_1)
    -h               (help)
