Tcl interface to the ROCK library
The tcl interface covers all the ROCK library.
No additional C code is needed to control the ROCK.
The tcl interface is made of two tcl commands:
The first is a general purpose tcl command.
It is the interface to the levels 0 and 1 of the ROCK library.
Everything but the fifo decode is implemented here.
The second one is the interface to the level two library.
It is used to read-out the FIFOs.
If used, nobody else should read out the related FIFOs!
