KID - Remote access module

Description:

Redirects sub-query interpretation to a remote KID daemon and pass to the caller the events read-out by this proccess.

Syntax:

remote : sub-URI @ ip-address ? options

where:

• sub-URI is a valid KID URI.

  Note: Not all the modules can be used on a remote machine. Tipically the database-related modules and the environment module are not supported.

• ip-address is a valid IP address of the remote machine (like fibm05, klinux.lnf.infn.it or 192.135.26.126).
• Options are an optional list of URI options.

  max_events_per_packet	natural number	maximum number of events to get from the single packet from the remote machine
  maxevt
  request_type	one of: DEFAULT POP PUSH POP_IN_ADVANCE	Type of communication with the remote KID daemon. POP - a packet get sent only when the caller asks for a new event and there are no events in the local buffer (slow) PUSH - packets get sent as soon as there is some space in the local TCP/IP buffer (very fast but can deliver old events) POP_IN_ADVANCE - a packet get sent as soon as the local buffer get empty (fast)

  rcv_buf_size	integer	TCP receive buffer size Use -1 to use the system default
  rsize
  snd_buf_size	integer	TCP send buffer size Use -1 to use the system default
  ssize
  tcp_nodelay	integer (boolean)	1 - disable smart output packeting 0 - enable smart output packeting -1 - use system default
  nodelay
