TALKS & PAPERS

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Talks transparencies will be made available on the web after delivery of the talk.

Speakers are encouraged to arrange their slides electronically as either a PowerPoint presentation or PDF file.
A video projector and a laptop will be available in both meeting rooms.

Guidelines for Electronic Presentation

Landscape slide format is recommended.
Please, pay attention to fonts type and size, that must be no less than 24 pt.
Check also the performance of colours: some of them could appear unreadable when projected.

SUBMISSION OF PAPERS

The deadline for the submission of papers is 15 November 2003.

The workshop proceedings will be published electronically in the eConf archive of SLAC (http://www.slac.stanford.edu/econf/) and on CD-ROM.

Participants should follow the Joint Accelerator Conference Website (JACoW) specifications for the preparation of Papers.
Templates can be found at the following web page:
http://accelconf.web.cern.ch/accelconf/jacow/templates/templates.htm

Papers, in PDF or Postscript format and source files (Latex, Word, pictures), should be sent to the Editors using the following online form:
http://www.lnf.infn.it/computing/cgi-bin/sendfile.pl

Please note that the email address to send the files to, in the online form, is:
gino.isidori@lnf.infn.it

Once the contribution has been approved, the author will receive directions on how to post it in the appropriate arXiv.org e-Print archive (http://arxiv.org/).

We recommend not to send contributions to the e-Print archive before the Editors' approval.

Special Precautions for Electronic Publication

To produce Adobe Acrobat PDF files that perform properly, use only TIMES (in roman, bold or italic), symbol, and Zapf Dingbats fonts.
All contributions should use 10 pt fonts for the normal text.
