Fee

The Organizing Committee will consider granting 10 students or young researchers with a free-of-charge lodging.
A registration fee to be paid only in cash at the Registration Desk (no advance payment, no checks, no credit cards) for regular participants and students includes:,

• Attendance of all conference sessions
• Conference bag, contents and abstract book
• Welcome reception
• Coffee break
• Lunch
• Conference excursion
• Events included in social program

Accompanying person's fee includes:

• Welcome reception
• Conference excursion
• Events included in social program
  

Registration can be done on-line via the link of this site. The deadline for the registration is October 3.
A special accommodation rate has been arranged with the Conference’s Hotels. Participants are kindly asked to book hotels by themselves. Please, note that this offer is valid only for a limited number of rooms: all the interested participants are strongly encouraged to make reservation as soon as possible.
Reservation can be also done contacting other hotels from the list, which is available through the link for "Accommodation".

Hotel reservation and registration for the conference should be done separately.

For logistic reasons, we kindly ask you to inform the Secretariat if you have done the reservation, compiling once more the reservation form.
