Special accommodation rates have been negotiated with the hotel listed below for the workshop period: November, 16 - 23, 2014. For any additional days, prices should be directly checked with the hotel.

If you wish to stay in the hotel, you must contact them directly by email.

Reservation should be completed as soon as possible to secure your accommodation.

Secure payments via credit cards can be done through the Villa Mercede's web site http://www.villamercede.com/en/index.html clicking on "reservation" and giving the code HIX2014 (all capital letters). Please note that only DUS Superior or Double Superior rooms are available at reduced price for the conference until October 15th.

The rates listed are per room, per night and include breakfast, VAT and all taxes.

In addition, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle to the Lab and accepts VISA and Master card as payment.
