The Conference, the 4th of the Frascati series on Physics at Meson
Factories, will be held at the Laboratori Nazionali di Frascati (LNF),
located in Frascati, about 20-25 km from Rome.
The town of Frascati, its surroundings, and the other small towns around
Rome, all part of the "Castelli Romani", are well known tourist attractions.
For this reason and considering the very intensive period, in order to
guarantee your hotel reservation, you are kindly requested to register
as soon as possible using the
Registration/Reservation
form.
The new deadline for registration is April 15th, 2004 (but the hotel reservation could not be guaranteed).
Registration Fee: 420 Euro (to be paid in cash
at the Registration Desk. Eurocheques, traveller cheques and cheques from Italian banks are
as well accepted). This fee includes shuttle service from the center
of Frascati and lunches from 7 to 11 June 2004, welcome cocktail, social
dinner, excursion and proceedings; a 10% discount on lunches/dinners
at the Villa Mercede restaurant and free access to the Villa Mercede
swimming pool. A special accommodation
rate deal has been arranged with the Hotel
Villa Mercede, Hotel Flora, and
Hotel Colonna; other accommodations
are available at the following
hotels at their regular rates for the season.
Excursion: during the Conference a visit (included in the
fee) is planned to the
Villa Adriana
- Tivoli, the largest and most splendid villa of Ancient
Rome, 20 km far away of Rome, on a beautiful valley south of Tivoli,
which was renowned since the Roman time for country residences of Roman
aristrocrats. The visit will include an exhibition of ancient
archaeological discoveries.
