They will take place every day in the same building of the Conference, in the hall in front of the Auditorium B. Touschek.
It will be held at “Casale Marchese”, a farm producing wine and extra-virgin olive oil, not far from the LNF. Casale Marchese was built over two old Roman cisterns in the eighteenth century and includes an estate of 50 hectares.
A visit is planned to the Villa Adriana - Tivoli, the largest and most beautiful villa of Ancient Rome, 20 km far away of Rome, on a beautiful valley south of Tivoli, which was renowned since the Roman time for country residences of Roman aristrocrats. The visit will include an exhibition of ancient archaeological discoveries.
The social dinner will take place at the Restaurant “Al Fico”, in Grottaferrata about 3 km from Frascati.
All the social events are included in the conference fee.
A bus service (Tribioli Company) will link the LNF to the hotels Villa Mercede, Flora and Colonna during the Conference days (7-11 June).

A bus service will be provided to reach “Casale Marchese”, “Villa Adriana” and the restaurant “Al Fico”. A stop at the Hotels is foreseen to pick up accompanying persons.
A detailed timetable will be provided to participants at their arrival.
The registration will take place on Monday 7th at 9:00 a.m. at the Secretariat desk. We strongly recommend to pay the registration fee in cash.
