Frascati downtown can be reached by public transportation. Anyway, to get to Hotel Villa Mercede a taxi is preferable.
Participants arriving by plane:

We are going to organise a shuttle bus service from Fiumicino Airport to Hotel Villa Mercede on Sunday, November 4th. Please, look at the timetablefor bus service.

From Fiumicino Airport to Roma -Termini central railway station: departures to Termini from 06:37 a.m. to 11:37 p.m. Trains nearly every 30 minutes; journey takes about 35 minutes.Tickets are available at the Airport Station and cost 17,000 Lit. From Termini central railway station to Frascati, see Participants arriving by train.

Taxi fare (yellow or white licensed cabs strongly advised) from the Airport to
Hotel Villa Mercede amounts approximately to 130,000 Lit.

Participants arriving by train:

Frascati downtown can be conveniently reached from Termini central railway station by train. Trains nearly every hour; journey takes about 40 minutes. Tickets are available at the Station and cost 3,400 Lit.

Trains from Termini to Tor Vergata station: LNF is nearby, 100 m uphill on E. Fermi street. Tickets are available at the Station and cost 2,800 Lit.

Alternatively, from Termini, take the subway Line "A" (trips every 10 minutes - closes at 09:30 p.m.) and get off at Anagnina Station (terminal). Then, take a CO.TRAL. bus (blue buses) to Frascati - Rocca Priora (nearly every 30 minutes). To get to Hotel Villa Mercede, get off at the bus stop in front of Villa Sora school.

from Frascati downtown to Hotel Villa Mercede approximately 20,000 Lit.

Participants arriving by car:

Take the ring highway "Grande Raccordo Anulare", Exit 21-22 Tuscolana - Anagnina (see map). Take the national road Tuscolana (direction Frascati) following it up to Frascati downtown (approx. Km 10).

A bus service is provided by ENEA and INFN from Rome to LNF and viceversa, Monday to Friday only. For further information, see the timetable.
