The first meeting session will be held at the Laboratories,in the Touschek Auditorium (Alte Energie Building)  on Friday 20th at 9:30, and will be preceded by registration (Alte Energie Building, ground floor, Room T75). We shall break for lunch at about 13:00, and lunch will be served in the local Cafeteria. The second session will be held (starting at 15:00) at Villa Costanza, in the town of CastelGandolfo. Transportation to Villa Costanza will be provided.
 We should break in the evening, in time for aperitivo and social dinner. Mrs.Steiner (Villa Costanza's owner) is a pretty good cook.
 After dinner we may want to check out the CastelGandolfo alcoholic establishments. H.H. John Paul II may be in town, too.

  The Saturday sessions will be held at the Laboratories, in the Touschek Auditorium. Lunch will be served onsite. No social activities are planned for Saturday night, of course we shall be pleased to help organizing private activities.  We have set the meeting fee at 70USD (150.000LIt), covering two lunches, social dinner, coffee breaks.

 Some more practical info: while we have a PC-linked projector in the Touschek Auditorium, we recommend to bring with you your transparencies for presentations.
 No computer gears will be available at Villa Costanza, on Friday afternoon (only an overhead projector).

 Whether should be definitely warm.

 Twenty-six people have registered and booked hotels in Frascati. Probably a few more will attend, while staying in Rome. Please let us know if you are staying in Rome and attending the FOCUS meeting.

  Xterminals and PC's are available
  for use in Room T71, A75, B75. Please do not
  make changes to the PC settings.
  DHCP is not permitted on site.
  If you REALLY need to plug in your PC, send to
  focusmeet@lnf.infn.it your Ethernet HW address (the hexadecimal number)
  as soon as possible, in order to obtain a IP number from the Lab.
