GAN-MVL 2005 Meeting Accommodation

A block of rooms has been reserved in the Hotel Villa Mercede (see map), from Thursday, 10 to Friday 11 February (1 night), at special rates (prices per room/day).

Participants should arrange their own accommodation contacting the Hotel directly.
Please remember to indicate that you are with the GAN-MVL 2005 Meeting to ensure you are charged the special INFN-LNF rate.
We suggest that you make your reservation as soon as possible in order to be sure to get accommodation.
The number of rooms reserved is limited: reservation will be made on a first come-first served basis.

A shuttle bus (see timetable), provided by the Hotel, will pick up participants at the hotel every morning and take them back to the hotel at the end of the scheduled Meeting activity.
