thanks for your quick reply. I attach my comments/corrections for the  
summary. For consistent spelling, we will have to check (with emacs?!)  
words like
`normaliSed' through the whole document. Also `per mill' versus `per  
mill', where the second is better according to my English colleagues  
(who however find both version non-native English..) And we should  
spell `parametrisation', not `parameterisation'.
