To make an area public, just issue the command:
```
 fs setacl . system:anyuser read
```
fill the following form selecting LOCAL
and specifing the entire file name (/u1/username/directory/file.ps)
Put your file(s) (postscript or hypertext) in the Anonymous FTP Area (click here for instruction)
fill the following form selecting FTP
and specifing only the file name (file.ps)

The memo number is automatically set !
