Systematic errors: please note that due to the use of
the non-rounded values for the systematic error on
the background subtraction, the stated systematic errors may differ slightly
from the values obtained by using the (already rounded) values from Table
2 in hep-ex/0407048.

Total systematic error for $d\sigma(e^+e^- \to \pi^+\pi^-\gamma)/ds_{\pi}$ in the angular region
$\theta_{\pi\pi}<15^o$ or $\theta_{\pi\pi}>165^o$,
$0^o<\theta_{\pi}<180^o$.

Total systematic error for the physical cross section
$\sigma(e^+e^- \to \pi^+\pi^-)$, which includes FSR and VP,
in the angular region $0^o<\theta_{\pi}<180^o$.

Total systematic error for the pion form factor with FSR and VP REMOVED.
