1) The WEB page address is:

    http://www.lnf.infn.it/conference/vulc2012/

There you can find:

- The Final Program and the Final List of Participants.

- The MACRO for preparing the camera ready papers.

- The slides of the talks discussed in Vulcano.

2) Since for different reasons we suffer from unpleasant long delays in
publishing the proceedings of the workshop, we strongly recommend and
ask to participants to strictly respect the DEAD LINE fixed at
    31st July 2012.

The proceedings, edited by F. Giovannelli and G. Mannocchi, will be
published in a volume of the Acta Polytechnica dated 2013 Vol. 53 N. 1.

Since the papers will be subject to a peer-review process, it is MANDATORY
to strictly respect the dead line.

DEAD LINE 31st July 2012 MUST BE RESPECTED.

3) NUMBER OF PAGES

Papers corresponding to talks > = 25 minutes: 6 pages.
Papers corresponding to talks < 25 minutes: 4 pages.

The fixed number of pages MUST be strictly respected.

4) Papers MUST BE NAMED as follows:

authorname_2012_0n.tex
authorname_2012_0n.ps
authorname_2012_0n.pdf
authorname_2012_0n_fig0m.eps

where: n = number of paper = 1,2,
              m = number of figures = 1,2,3,

The files MUST BE SENT as attachment in a unique file

authorname_surname_2012_0n.zip (or .rar)

to:

vulcan12@iaps.inaf.it (NOTE: this is the new e-mail address).

However, also the old e-mail address is still working:

   vulcan12@iasf-roma.inaf.it

In the case you will write your paper in format.doc, the figures MUST be sent in format
JPEG or PNG with resolution 300 dpi. Please, name your paper as:

authorname_2012_0n.doc
authorname_2012_0n.pdf
authorname_2012_0n_fig0m.jpeg (or png)

where: n = number of paper = 1,2,
              m = number of figures = 1,2,3,

5) The MACRO can be found in the web page of the workshop with the name

   MACROS_OFFICIAL_2012.rar

    DO NOT CHANGE MACROS..

6) Authors are invited to write themselves Questions-Aswers at the end of
their papers, following the attached instructions. Below you can find also an example of

Question-Answer we received back from authors in Vulcano will be sent as soon as possible to each author by mail in format.pdf.

After the end of the Bibliography, please, use such a template for the DISCUSSION
and RESPECT the CAPITAL LETTERS:

\noindent {\bf DISCUSSION}

\bigskip
\noindent {\bf MARIO MACRI:} Can you comment on the
contribution of Antimatter search in space experiments to the
understanding of cosmological evolution?

\bigskip
\noindent {\bf FRANCO GIOVANNELLI:} The detection of exotic cosmic
rays due to pair annihilation of dark matter particles in the
Milky Way halo is a viable techniques to search for supersymmetric
dark matter candidates. The study of the spectrum of gamma-rays,
antiprotons and positrons offers good possibilities to perform
this search in a significant portion of the Minimal Supersymmetric
Standard Model parameter space.

\noindent {\bf JAMES WHITE's Comment:} I would like to remind
that..........
