Young researchers should follow the following guidelines:

The Midterm Review includes presentations by all the young researchers whose salaries are financed by   the EURODAPHNE contract and, as such, you are asked to come to Frascati and present your work within the context of our network.

You will have 15 minutes for your presentation, followed by 5 minutes of discussion. In this report, you will present yourself, your work and your experience. This presentation should go beyond the scientific project and should allow the discussion of social aspects of your participation in the network.

In order to optimize your presentations, the network executive committee is proposing the following guidelines.

A rehearsal of the talks by the young researchers will be held two days before the meeting, i.e. on Wednesday 27th, in the afternoon starting at 2:30 pm. If corrections are suggested, you will be able to finalize your talk on thursday. Office space and temporary computer accounts will be provided so as to allow all of you to run the latex file and print it on the local color printers.

Rooms in hotel Giadrina (Frascati) have been booked for all of you from the evening of Tuesday 26th till the morning of Sunday 30th. The prize per night is 130 KLit. for a double room (65 KLit. or 35 Euros per person) without breakfast. At present, we have booked double rooms (except for F. de Fazio). Please let us know if you prefer a single room, in which case we will do the necessary booking. Also let us know if you would rather arrive on Wednesday morning, although it is recommended to arrive on Tuesday.
