KID - KLOE Integrated Dataflow


Introduction

The data in use at the KLOE experiment are formatted using the YBOS format. Several data sources are available at any time:

All the data sources can be of interest for an application; different sources can be used at different points in time or for different tasks. Moreover, sometimes it can be useful to combine the data of several sources to get a more complete view of a problem.


What is KID

KID (or KLOE Integrated Dataflow) is a software package developed to simplify the read-out of data from different sources; the source selection is achieved by mean of an URI (Uniform Resource Identifier).
