C           TRACK, IF THE PREVIOUS (= UP TO NOW LAST) WIRE OF THIS
C           TRACK IS WITHIN THIS WINDOW. N.B.: THIS CUT IS APPLIED
C           ONLY IF THE PREVIOUS WIRE IS IN A DIFFERENT LAYER THAN
C           THE NEW ONE; OTHERWISE SEE : DTCPN0.

C  DTXPN2 : SAME AS DTCPN1 BUT USED FOR THE TRACK INITIALIZATION
C           IF THE 1ST,2ND, AND 3RD WIRE ARE IN DIFFERENT LAYERS.
