We are cleaning and changing owner to DAQ packages, as decided in
December. 
The new owner is daqlib:kloedaq.
Files that should be modified by run procedures should be created having
rw privileges for owner and group. Note that the default umask is 22, so
files are created by default with rw privileges for user only.
Please report as soon as possible any problems you can found during run.
