	Dear colleagues,
the new versions of the FINUDA simulation and reconstruction programs have been
released. As usual, the corresponding cmz files, fidamc409 and fidarc409, are 
available for downloading from the FINUDA experiment home page, following the
link "Software: Daq, Online monitor, Reconstruction".
	Please note that the installation procedure has been modified to
cope the changes in the CERN library tree, starting from the 2001
release: unfortunately NO backward compatibility is assured, i.e. it is
no longer possible to use the CERN library release 2000.
	The code has been tested and it is expected to run under both Linux
and Digital Unix operating systems: anyway don't hesitate to report to me
any bug or problems.
