Dear Colleagues,

few information and recommendations before the workshop:

1. To colleagues who have not yet sent the Registration Form.
   
   Please send it soon, via INTERNET. The address is:

2. The Final Program (Tentative: 15th May 2006) is available in the WEB page.
3. The List of Participants (dated 19th May 2008) is available in the WEB page.
4. If somebody does not find his/her talk and/or name in the list, please
   communicate urgently to us via E-Mail (vulcan08@iasf-roma.inaf.it).
   
5. A LCD DATA PROJECTOR will be available in Vulcano.
   Please, bring with you a copy of your talk in a CD or a USB pen for the LOC.
   For extreme security we recommend to BRING ALSO THE TRANSPARENCIES of your talk(s).
   
6. Two overhead projectors will be available.
   
7. The Registration Fee of 300,00 Euro for participants MUST be paid cash in EURO at the Registration Desk in Vulcano.
   There is a Bancomat in Vulcano.
   
8. Do not forget your convenient shoes to hike the volcano.
   
9. Do not forget your beach-kit for swimming.
   
10. Since for different reasons we suffer from unpleasant long delays in publishing the proceedings of the workshop, we strongly recommend and ask to participants to strictly respect the DEAD LINE fixed at 31st July 2008.
    The proceedings, edited by F. Giovannelli and G. Mannocchi, will be published in a special volume of the SIF (Italian Physical Society.
    You will be informed how and where to send the camera-ready papers.
    
11. Papers corresponding to talks >= 30 minutes: 12 pages.
    Papers corresponding to talks < 30 minutes: 6 pages.
    
12. The MACRO can be download from the WEB page of workshop. You will find the MACRO also in attachment.
