Accommodation


A block of rooms has been reserved in the below Hotels in Frascati (see map), from Saturday, 24th May to Wednesday, 28th May (4 nights), at special rates (prices per room/day).

Participants should arrange their own accommodation contacting the Hotel directly.
Please remember to indicate that you are with the TESLA Meeting to ensure you are charged the special INFN-LNF rate.
We suggest that you make your reservation as soon as possible in order to be sure to get accommodation.
The number of rooms reserved is limited: reservation will be made on a first come-first served basis.

The deadline for Hotel Reservation is 2nd May 2003.
After this date, room availability is not guaranteed.

A bus will pick up participants at the hotels every morning and take them back to the hotels at the end of the scheduled workshop activity.
