A special accommodation rate has been arranged with the Conference's Hotels. Participants are kindly asked to book hotel by themselves. The accommodation will be for the period of the conference - arrival on Sunday, June 10 departure on Saturday June 17.
Both the hotels provides, on request, a shuttle bus service to/from the Frascati and Tor Vergata Railway station. This service have to be required directly to the hotels before to arrive in Frascati or when at the Frascati/Tor Vergata station. When leaving reservations for the pick up service can be asked directly to the hotel front desk.
All the interested participants are strongly encouraged to make reservation in advance, rooms are guaranteed until March 10, 2006, after this date rooms depend on availability of the hotels. The confirmation will be given by the hotels themselves.
