1. Program

2. Venue
The workshop will take place at the Frascati National Laboratories (LNF) of the National Institute of Nuclear Physics (INFN). All sessions will be held in the Auditorium "Bruno Touschek", located in the High Energy building (Bldg. n. 36):

3. Registration and Workshop Fee
Please register on Monday 18th, h. 8:30 at the workshop secretariat desk (LNF, Building n. 36, room T-75, near by the Auditorium).
The workshop fee is 280 Euros, to be paid in cash. Credit cards cannot be accepted (there is a bank and an ATM inside the LNF, bldg. 33, ground floor).
The fee includes:
- conference-kit
- receptions
- lunches & coffee breaks
- social dinner
- transportations
The receptions do also include a full dinner:
Monday 18th: Welcome Party in Villa Grazioli
Tuesday 19th: Wine tasting in Cantina Santa Benedetta
Wednesday 20th: Workshop dinner Restaurant Hotel Forum (Roof Garden), Rome
Accompanying persons are invited to participate with a specific fee of, to be payed on registration:
- Welcome Party: 50 Euros
- Wine tasting: 50 Euros
- Workshop dinner: 65 Euros
4. Travel arrangements
Participants should have booked their accomodation contacting the Hotel directly (see Hotel information on the conference web site). Please let us know a.s.a.p. in case you need any assistance.
The Hotels Villa Mercede, Antica Colonia, and Hotel Villa Vecchia provide a shuttle service in the morning and evening between the Hotel and the LNF. For all other hotels in Frascati a shuttle will connect Frascati center and the LNF (meeting point: in front of the City Hall, piazza Marconi)

5. Arriving on Sunday 17th to Frascati
Please note that train services are less frequent on SUNDAYs.
Specifically, the train from Roma Termini (Rome central station) directly to Frascati runs only at 07:52, 09:52, 12:52, 15:52, 17:52 and 19:52 :

and the train to Tor Vergata station (close to the LNF) at:
07:25, 08:25, 10:20, 15:20, 20:25, 21:20, 22:20.
The direct train from Airport Fiumicino to Roma Termini runs twice per hour (at 05 and 35) and takes you 40'. A ticket costs 11 Euros.
The Hotels Villa Mercede, Antica Colonia, and Hotel Villa Vecchia provide a shuttle service from Frascati station or Tor Vergata station to the Hotel. Please inform the Hotel directly about your arrival one day in advance. If you need assistance for this, please, don’t hesitate to contact us.
A taxi from Airport Fiumicino to Frascati costs about 70 Euros.
Please let us know in case you arrive on Airport Ciampino for arrival information.
