A single PC in each conference room will be used for slideshows. The PC will be equipped with WINDOWS operating system. Accepted file formats for presentations are Portable Document Format (pdf) or Microsoft Powerpoint (ppt). Pdf files are preferred. Speakers are invited to upload their presentation using the apposite web page before the start of the conference.
The upload will be possible also during the conference, but speakers are requested to bring their presentation on a USB memory or on a CD ROM. |
