The 7th International Workshop on Neutrino Factories and Superbeams, NuFact05 will be held at the Frascati National Laboratories (LNF) of the Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare (INFN), in the Building n. 36.

Plenary sessions, WG1 sessions and joint sessions will be held in the Auditorium B. Touschek, the other parallel sessions will be held in the Rooms: A1, B1 and A34 (see building map).

Most participants are accommodated in the following hotels:

• Hotel Villa Mercede
• Hotel Panorama
• Hotel Antica Colonia
• Hotel Villa Pina

A free bus service will link the hotels with the LNF during the workshop days. We have added a bus leaving from the main square of Frascati, Piazza Roma, for guests of hotels located downtown, like Panorama and Bellavista.

Departures from the hotels to LNF are planned every day (21-26 June) at 8:20 from Villa Tuscolana and 8:30 from the other hotels, except for the first day when the departures are at 7:45 from all the hotels.

Departures from LNF to the hotels are planned every day (21-26 June) at the end of the afternoon sessions.

Buses will stop:

• in P.za Roma, in front of the newspaper kiosk, for guests of hotels located downtown Frascati.
• in Via E. Fermi, at the beginning of Via C. Lucidi, for guests of hotel Villa Pina (around 8:35).
• at the hotel Villa Tuscolana
• at the hotel Villa Mercede
• at the hotel Antica Colonia

Buses will display a sign with the workshop name. See bus timetable and Frascati map.

Lunches will take place in the ENEA Canteen (bldg. 37) at 13:30, from 21 to 24 June. The lunch consists of two courses, vegetables and fruit. Tap water is available on the table; it is possible to replace a course with a bottle of mineral water or extra fruit. Coffee breaks and buffet lunches of 25-26 June will take place nearby the Auditorium B. Touschek.

The registration will start on Tuesday 21 June at 8:00 a.m. at the Secretariat desk (room T75, Bldg. 36). We strongly recommend to pay the registration fee in cash (no cheques, no credit cards). For people without cash money, there is a Bank and a BANCOMAT, in the ENEA area (bldg. 37). To access the ENEA area it is necessary to pick up a visitor badge from the guards at the main INFN gate.

Those who will participate also in the MICE meeting are invited to register for both events at their arrival.
