Registration
Fee
The Spring School registration fee is 150 euros and covers the welcome party, banquet dinner, excursion, as well as lunches and coffee breaks for 5 days. We have some funding covering the registration fee of participants willing to give a talk in the Young Researchers' Workshop. Please email corcella@lnf.infn.it if you wish to give a presentation in the workshop.Participants associated with the INFN will have to open a `Missione' and pay the registration fee through `Storno tra Sezioni'. Non INFN participants who are not willing to give a talk in the workshop should email the organizers for details on how to pay the fee.
Accommodation
Accommodation can be booked in nearby hotels in Frascati at discounted rates. A few rooms have been pre-booked in the LNF Guest House (school@lnf.infn.it) and in Hotel Villa Mercede (info@villamercede.com), 1.5 km from/to the lab, which provides a free shuttle service. An Eduroam Wi-Fi network will be available in the meeting areas. Participants having an INFN account may also use the INFN-dot1x WiFi network. Those who are not enabled to join either the Eduroam or the INFNdot1X networks may apply to access the INFN-WEB Wi-Fi network by registering through the website https://signup.app.infn.it.
Financial support
Some funds are available for participants requiring support to cover part of the local expenses (accommodation in the Guest House and/or waived fee). Please note that no flight or train ticket can be reimbursed. In order to possibly get financial support, participants must apply to give a presentation in the Young Researchers' Workshop (more information on applying to the Workshop can be found here).
To apply for funding, please send an email to the organizers with your request, as well as a title of the talk which you wish to give. Additionally, note your request on the form when registering.
