Fee
The Spring School registration fee is 150 € to be paid online by credit card or via bank transfer to the following account:Account Holder: Congressi e Foresterie dei LNF IBAN: IT31Q0200839105000102577662 BIC/SWIFT Code: UNICRITM1385 Reason of payment: Spring School 2018 and Your Name.
This fee covers the welcome party, banquet dinner, as well as lunches and coffee breaks for 5 days. Cash payments at the registration desk can be accepted only in exceptional cases. Participants associated with the INFN will have to open a `Missione' and pay the registration fee through `Storno tra Sezioni'.
Accommodation
Accommodation can be arranged through the School organization in nearby hotels at discounted rates:School participants are also welcome to stay in hotels in Rome (20 minutes from the laboratory by train, see how to get to LNF), but they would have to make their own reservations.
Access to INFN-LNF network
To be granted access to the LNF network for Internet connection, participants must authenticate with an username and a password. Participants should register in advance by filling out the online form.

Fellowships
Limited funds are available for participants requiring financial support, in the form of fellowships to cover part of the local expenses (accommodation and/or a reduced fee). Please note that no flight or train tickets can be reimbursed. To be eligible for a fellowship, participants must have applied and been accepted to give a presentation in the Young Researchers Workshop (more information on applying to the Workshop can be found here).
To apply for funding, please send an email to the organisers with your request. Additionally, note your request on the form when registering.
