We are looking forward to your arrival to Frascati in a few days.

If you need any assistance during the week end, you can call me on the technocode through the Laboratory at 0039-94032885 or have the Laboratory guards at 06-94032200 call me at home.

For participants staying at hotels in Frascati uptown, on monday morning a shuttle bus to the Lab will leave at 8:30 from the main square in Frascati in front of City Hall (Comune building).

At 8:40 the bus will pass by Hotel Villa Pina to bring other participants to the Lab. Participants hosted in Hotel Antica Colonia will be provided service shuttle by the Hotel itself. From tuesday until thursday, the buses will go the same route starting at 8:45.

On wednesday night we plan to hold a social dinner, (sponsored by INFN Formazione), other social events might be decided once we are all together.
