Lodging
A block of rooms has been reserved for the Conference participants at the hotels Villa Mercede and Antica Colonia, nearby the Laboratory. Hotel Antica Colonia is about 1,2 km from the center of Frascati and 500 m. from the LNF, Villa Mercede is about 700 m. from the center of Frascati and 1 km from the LNF (see map).
These hotels provide on request a shuttle bus service for arrivals and departures at the Frascati Railway Station and the Tor Vergata Railway Station. This service may be asked directly the hotels.
Reservations at these hotels can only be guaranteed until 15 April 2007 (new deadline).
Hotel Villa Mercede is fully booked. There are still a few rooms available at hotel Antica Colonia, hotel Villa Pina (not far from Antica Colonia and LNF) and hotel Colonna (Frascati downtown).
The room reservation must be done through the workshop secretariat by filling in the on-line Registration form.

A bus service will be provided from the hotels Antica Colonia and Villa Mercede to the LNF and from the LNF to the hotels, according to the beginning and the end of the workshop activities.
Other hotels in the area must be contacted directly by participants.
The hotels accept VISA and Master Card.
