For the meeting bus service refer to the following timetable and map. The service will be carried out by "Tribioli" company. The buses will be recognizable by the name "Tribioli" written on their sides and the sign "INFN - Eurogdr".
It will be held at “Hotel Villa Mercede ”, where most participants are accommodated (Via Tuscolana, 20, Frascati).
A bus will be provided for people accommodated at Villa Pina. The bus will stop in Via Enrico Fermi, at the beginning of Via Carlo Lucidi.
Lunches will take place in the ENEA Canteen (bldg. 37); The lunch consists in two courses, vegetables and fruit. Tap water is available on the table; it is possible to replace a course with a bottle of mineral water or extra fruit. Coffee breaks will take place every day in the same building of the Conference, in the hall next to the Auditorium B. Touschek.
The social dinner will take place at the Restaurant “Cacciani”, in Via A. Diaz, 13, Frascati. A bus will leave from the hotels at 20:00 to take people to the restaurant and will go back at the end of the dinner. The bus will stop in Piazza Roma, in front of a newspaper kiosk, not far from the Cacciani Restaurant.

The companions' fee for the social dinner is 50 Euro.
A bus service will link the LNF to the hotels Villa Mercede and Villa Pina during the meeting days (25-27/11). Departures from the hotels to the LNF are planned at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday and Saturday and at 9:00 a.m. on Friday (the bus will stop in Via Enrico Fermi, at the beginning of Via Carlo Lucidi for people accommodated at the hotel Villa Pina and in the parking area of the hotel Villa Mercede) .
Departures from the LNF to the hotels are planned at the end of the afternoon sessions.
The registration will take place on Thursday 25th at 9:00 a.m. at the Secretariat desk (room T75, Bldg. 36). We strongly recommend to pay the registration fee in cash (no cheques, no credit cards).
