A special accommodation rate deal has been arranged with Hotel Villa Mercede. Reservations in this hotel must be done through the workshop secretariat by filling in the on-line Registration Form. Villa Mercede (see map), is about 700 m. from the center of Frascati and 1 km from the LNF; Villa Mercede provides a shuttle service to and from the Frascati and Tor Vergata Railway Stations (bus reservations can be asked directly to the hotel).
During the meeting, a free bus service will pick up participants at the hotel every morning to take them to LNF and will take them back to the hotel at the end of the meeting activity, at scheduled times.
Please, note that an appropriate number of rooms has been pre-booked for the workshop with expiration on October 15th. We can not guarantee anymore new hotel reservations. Late participants may still register by using the on-line Registration form and we will check for hotel availability every time.
No penalties are foreseen for cancellation, but to avoid organizational problems you are pleased to inform us via e-mail of any change in your arrival or departure dates.

Reservations in these hotels must be done directly by the participants, but they are invited to inform the Secretariat when filling in the Registration Form (by using the field "any other information/requirements").
