1) Take freeway S.G.C. FI-PI-LI, follow direction Livorno
2) Exit a few km before Livorno to take tollway A12
3) When A12 ends take the freeway, direction Grosseto
4) Exit at Venturina when you find the brown signal "Isola d'Elba"
If you miss this exit DO NOT PANIC. The next exit Vignale Riotorto is good as well.
