The Conference hall and the hotel are located in La Biodola area. La Biodola is a beautiful little bay on Elba Island. Elba is the biggest island of the Tuscany Archipelago in the Tyrrhenian Sea and is a major holiday resort, famous for its natural beauties, its history and its vineyards. The island is located 10 Km offshore, about 80 Km south of Pisa and about 250 Km north of Rome.
A block of rooms has been reserved for the Conference participants at the Hotel Hermitage from September 8th (arrival) to 14th (departure).


1) Reservations must be done directly to the hotel by sending via e-mail or fax the Hotel Reservation Form

2) We strongly recommend to book within the deadline June 10. Rooms availability of Hotel Hermitage is limited and in case of overbooking participants will be lodged in another Hotel.
3) Hotel accommodation has to be paid directly at the reception of the Hotel
