Suggestions

• Speakers are encouraged to arrange their slides electronically as either a PowerPoint presentation or PDF file.
• A video projector and a laptop will be available in the main (aka Bruno Touschek) room.

Online presentations

Electronic versions (ppt/pdf/ps) of the talks can be downloaded from the program page as soon as they will be available to the organizers.

Guidelines for Electronic Presentation:

• Landscape slide format is recommended.
• Please, pay attention to fonts type and size, that if possible it must be no less than 20 pt.
• If a PowerPoint file is used please select the option to embed your fonts into the ppt file (tools/options/save check EMBED TRUE TYPE FONTS).
• Check also the performance of colours: some of them could appear unreadable when projected.
• Talks transparencies will be made available on the web after delivery of the talk.
• The workshop proceedings will include all talks.
