The DAΦNE 2004 Conference is based on invited talks and selected
contributions. Special awards, including credits for attending future
conferences in the series, will be given for the best contributions presented
at the workshop by young researchers. The official E. U. definition of
"young researchers" has been adopted: Young researchers are researchers
up to an age limit of 35 years* at the time of a particular Conference
Event. Allowance will be made for compulsory military or civil
service (actual time spent in military or civil service) and childcare
(maximum 2 years per child for the actual time spent off work). Young
researchers interested in presenting a contribution on a topic related
to the preliminary program should fill out the registration
form and submit a one page abstract by 31 March, 2004. A limited number
of contributions will be selected for presentation in the plenary sessions
together with the review talks. The abstracts presented will be selected
within 15 April, 2004. All authors should submit the abstract (MAX ONE PAGES)
in
LaTeX format using the following files: LaTeX Template DF2004.tex
Style file DF2004.sty (needed by DF2004.tex)

Abstracts not selected for presentations may be accepted for the poster
session and they will be also published on conference proceedings.
A special committee will assign awards, including credits for attending
future conferences in the series, for the best contributions. These will
be chosen on the basis of the importance and originality of the results
presented, on the attractiveness of the presentation, and on the clarity
of the exposition. * For DAFNE 2004 the age limit is 38 years |
