A Welcome Party will be held at Villa Mercede Hotel on Monday 14th May, starting at 7:30 p.m.
At the end of the party a shuttle bus will pick up participants staying at Giovannella Hotel to take them back to their hotel.
 
 
 
 

The Social Dinner will be held at Giovannella Hotel on Wednesday 16th May starting at 8:15 p.m.
At the end of the dinner a shuttle bus will pick up participants staying at Villa Mercede Hotel to take them back to their hotel .
 
 
 

MEALS

Participants will have lunch at the ENEA Cafeteria from Monday to Friday. 
A list of Restaurants in Castelli Romani will be distributed at the Registration Desk. Prices range from 30.000 to 100.000 Italian Lira, following the choice of dishes and beverages.
