The rates are:

• 190.000 Lit./day Single Room + Breakfast
• 260.000 Lit./day Double Room + Breakfast

*   On March 6th a  Working Dinner   is scheduled at Villa Grazioli at 08:00 pm.
Please confirm your participation to the dinner using the registration form below.
 

Shuttle Bus:
Free shuttle service (8 seats) to Frascati and Anagnina Underground Station is available on request at Park Hotel Villa Grazioli. On March 6th, shuttle service (16 seats) is scheduled at 8:20 and 8:40 from Villa Grazioli to LNF and at the end of the Meeting from LNF to Villa Grazioli.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

Participants arriving by plane:
 
On Thursday, March 5th a  Shuttle Bus  (16 seats) from Fiumicino Airport to the hotel is  available  at 3:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Meeting point at the exit of International Arrivals. A person showing the LNF LOGO will be at  the Meeting Point.
 

Frascati can be reached from Roma-Fiumicino "Leonardo da Vinci" Airport and/or from Termini Central Railway Station by public transport.
From "Leonardo da Vinci" Airport to "Roma Termini" central railway station:
Departures to Termini from 7:38 am to 10:08 pm. Trains nearly every hour, travelling time 35 minutes.
Tickets are available at the Airport Station at the cost of 13,000 Lit.
At Termini Station connections to Underground lines "A" and "B".
From "Leonardo da Vinci" Airport to "Roma Tiburtina" railway station:
Departures to "Roma Tiburtina" every 20 minutes from 6:28 am to 11:38 pm. - travelling time 45 minutes.
Tickets cost 7,000 Lit.
Connections to Underground line "B".
Night Transfer from Airport to "Termini" by public bus service. Departures down at the arrivals level.
Taxi fare (yellow or white licensed cabs strongly advised) from Airport to Frascati amounts approximately to 100,000 Lit.

Participants arriving by train:

Frascati can be conveniently reached either by train from the Termini central railway station in Rome or by underground and then by bus.
If you decide to go by underground, take the A line and get off at Anagnina, then take the CO.TRAL bus (blue buses) to Frascati.
Taxi fare (yellow or white licensed cabs) from Termini to Frascati amounts approximately to 80,000 Lit.

Participants arriving by car:

Take the ring highway "Grande Raccordo Anulare", Exit 21-22 (see map). Take the national road Tuscolana in direction Frascati. Turn left (via Enrico Fermi) 300 mt. before downtown.

Participants arriving by bus:

From Rome to LNF there is a service organized by ENEA and INFN valid only during the working days (from Monday to Friday). There is the TimeTable and Route.
