Participants: F.Bossi, P.Calvani, C.Conti, C.Curceanu, J.P.Egger , D.Ferrucci, C.Guaraldo, G.Mazzitelli, C.Milardi, P.Valente.

1. Opening of the USP Meeting (C. Guaraldo Access Manager)

C. Guaraldo informed the USP members and the TARI staff participating to the meeting that, unfortunately, Prof. Paul Kienle, Chairman of the USP, could not attend to the meeting and chair the session due to serious health problems which had required his hospitalization.

The chairmanship of the session is taken by the access manager.

2. Status of Transnational Access to LNF in Hadron Physics3 (C. Guaraldo Access Manager)

The access manager recalled the main figures of TARI-LNF in HadronPhysics3:

- man*days which might be assigned for the three-years duration of the project: 3300 man*days (6 calls).

Details have been given by the manager with his messages to the Panel of 7 February and 22 June.

Situation of the present II Call:

3. Exam and Selection of Proposals for KLOE (F. Bossi)

Recommendations:

#14 E. Czerwinski, Jagiellonian University, Krakow, Jagiellonian@KLOE

The group is large and deeply involved in the KLOE-2 project both for the construction of the new subdetectors, to be installed in the fall of 2012, and for the physics data analysis. Under this last respect, there are two PhD students who are finalizing their thesis and are expected to submit a draft article by early autumn. The assignment of 255 days and 25 trips is in line with what assigned in the previous call.

Days: 255 Travels: 25

#22 A. Kupsc, Uppsala University, K2ETA

The KLOE-2 Uppsala group contributes essentially to data analysis and to the construction of the front-end electronics of the inner tracker, to be installed in the fall of 2012. The request of man-days and trips is well motivated, and only slightly reduced to 90 days and 12 trips.

Days: 90 Travels: 12

#15 W. Wislicki, National Center for Nuclear Studies, Warsaw, CPT and Decoherence

The group is involved in the KLOE-2 analysis and has participated to the data taking. A new PhD student is expected to be selected within the summer. 22 days and 3 trip are assigned.

Days:22 Travels: 3

#12 Kluge, University of Karlsruhe, KLOE HADRONIC

The group is formed essentially by theoreticians which act as advisors for some specific and particularly relevant analysis channels, related to the determination of the hadronic contribution to the muon anomaly. Also an experimental physicist previously in Uppsala and responsible for an analysis on eta' decays has joined. In total 45 days and 6 trips have been assigned.

Days: 45 Travel: 6

Days: 412 Travel: 46
